摘　　要：为综合评估"十二五"期间全国区域人口健康信息化建设水平,对全国省、市、县三级区域卫生信息平台建设现状进行了问卷调查。通过对平台建成概况、保障体系、基础建设和应用效果等方面的分析,提出问题和建议,为进一步推进区域人口健康信息化建设提供参考。Objective to comprehensive evaluation the development situation of regional population health information during the period of "12th Five Year" in China, provincial, municipal and county level regional health information platform were surveyed. After four aspects of the overall situation, security system, infrastructure construction and application effect are analyzed, existing problem and suggestions were put forward, a reference to further promote the regional health information is provided.
