摘　　要：目的:分析结构化的门诊电子病历的重要性,以及其相对传统纸质病历的优势,为开展门诊电子病历提供依据。方法:对产科专科病历进行调研,了解其与普通门诊病历的区别。结果:系统提高了产科门诊医生护士的工作效率,减少了重复的工作,为临床数据的储存和利用开启了一条新的途径。结论:开展面向产科的专科门诊电子病历对于医院有很大的益处。Objective: To analyze the importance of the structuring electronic medical records, as well as its advantages over traditional paper-based medical records, and to provide a reference for developing electronic medical records. Methods: To investigate the deference between obstetric outpatient medical records and common medical records. Results: This system improves the work efficiency of the doctors and nurses in the obstetric clinic, reduces the repeated work, opens a new way for the clinical data of storage and utilization. Conclusion: It is great benefit to hospital to develop obstetric outpatient medical records.
