摘　　要：目的:根据医院预约分诊特点建立相应的计算机自动排队系统,解决患者就医过程中的排队公平性问题,优化就诊环境,体现医院"以患者为中心"的服务宗旨。方法:利用计算机技术,针对医院不同预约分诊管理模式提出了一种加权补偿优先双轮询调度算法,并应用于患者就医全流程。结果及结论:解决了门诊不同环境下患者预约分诊问题,提高了医护人员的工作效率,规范了就诊秩序,改善了就医环境,为考核医生和管理决策提供依据。Objective: According to the hospital appointment triage characteristics to establish a corresponding computer automatic queuing system to solve the medical treatment of patients in the process of fair queuing problem, optimize the medical circumstances,reflect the hospital "take the patient as the center" service tenet. Methods: Using computer technology, a weighted compensation priority double round robin scheduling algorithm is proposed for different hospital appointment management model, and it is applied to the whole process of the patients' medical treatment. Results&Conclustion: To solve the problem of appointment and triage of patients in different environments, improve the work efficiency of medical staff, standard the order of medical treatment, and improve the medical environment, to provide a basis for the assessment of doctors and management decisions.
