摘　　要：目的:探讨基于ITIL的武汉市普爱医院运维管理系统实践效果。方法:分析医院运维管理现状,实践基于ITIL标准的运维管理系统,并记录实践方案及效果。结果:随机测试统计表明,使用ITIL运维管理系统处理重复工作耗时更少。结论:基于ITIL的武汉市普爱医院运维管理系统实践,有效减少了重复工作量并提高了工作处理效率。Objective: To discuss the practice effect of hospital operation and maintenance management system of Puai Hospital based on ITIL.Methods: Analysis of the current situation of hospital operation and maintenance management,practice operation and maintenance management system,and record the practice and effect.Results: Random test statistics show that it takes less time to do repetitive work because of ITIL operation and maintenance management system.Conclusions: The practice of hospital operation and maintenance management system of Puai Hospital based on ITIL reduce repetitive workload and improve the processing efficiency.
