摘  要:管程破裂是管壳式换热器低压侧超压的关键原因,该工况下低压侧安全保护设置原则和泄放量的计算始终是工程设计的难题。本文结合国内外相关文献,对管程破裂工况下低压侧超压保护设置原则进行了分析,并针对不同泄放介质,总结了相应的泄放量计算方法。对工程设计中换热器管程破裂问题的分析和计算具备一定的指导和借鉴意义。Tube rupture case is the key reason for the overpressure of shell and tube heat exchanger,and the safety protection setting principle and the relief capacity calculation of pressure relief valve is always a difficult problem in engineering design.Based on related literatures at home and abroad,the overpressure protection setting principle of low pressure side is analyzed,and the corresponding calculation method for different discharge medium is summarized.For some engineering design,this analysis and calculation method of tube rupture problem for heat exchanger has a certain guidance and reference significance
