摘 要:波导杆是特殊工况下声发射检测的一种辅助工具,波导杆起到传递声发射信号的作用,但是声发射信号在波导杆中传播时会产生衰减,这会影响到检测结果。针对上述问题,根据应力波在波导杆中传播的基本理论,利用ABAQUS软件建立波导杆导波特性的数值模型,模拟了不同长度、不同直径的波导杆对应力波传播特性的影响。通过对模拟结果的对比分析,确定直径为6mm、长度不超过0.5m的波导杆对应力波的衰减小,对声发射信号强度基本没有影响。模拟结果与实验结果具有良好的一致性。Wave-guiding rod is an auxiliary detection tool of acoustic emission(AE)testing in special conditions and plays the role of the transfer of AE signals.But the AE signals propagating in the wave-guiding rod will produce attenuation,which would affects the test result.In response to this problem,according to the theory of stress wave propagation in the wave-guiding rod,established the wave-guiding rod of wave-guiding properties numerical model by ABAQUS software.We simulated stress wave propagation of wave-guiding rod in different lengths and diameters.By comparing the simulation results,selected the wave-guiding rod of the diameter of6mm,the length no more than0.5m of wave-guiding rod which has no effect to AE signals with the minimal attenuation of stress wave propagation.Results show that the simulation and experimental were in well consistency
