摘  要:针对渤海油气田疏松砂岩且稠油的特点,套管内一趟多层砾石充填防砂技术,由于其防砂效果、防砂周期及现场操作时效性等诸多优点,广泛应用于海上完井防砂作业中。但充填结束后及时有效的实现反循环冲砂对整个充填作业成败事关重大,为了提高砾石充填作业反循环成功率,本文从反循环作业井现状调查、原因分析、工具结构调整、现场应该及效果检验等环节,系统分析如何提高套管内一趟多层砾石充填防砂反循环作业的成功率。According to the characteristics of Bohai oil and gas field in unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil and casing,a layer ofgravel packing sand control technology,because of its many advantages,the effect of sand sand field operation cycle and timeliness,is widely used in sand control in offshore completion.But after the filling in a timely and effective implementation of the reversecirculation sand filling operation success is very important,in order to improve the success rate of reverse circulation gravel fillingoperation,the reverse circulation wells investigation,cause analysis,tool structure adjustment,and the effect of field testing andother aspects of how to improve the system,a multilayer casing gravel packing sand anti cycle operation success rate.
