摘　　要：本文主要介绍生产集成管理系统软件及其应用——MIPS(Method Integrated Production System)。作为先进的项目管理软件之一,该软件涵盖了从成本管理、计划/进度管理、材料管理、质量控制、文件控制、完工控制等功能。通过对MIPS软件主要功能的介绍、分析和初步的应用情况进行总结,希望对国内相关企业在项目管理方面有所帮助。This paper mainly introduces integrated production management system software(MIPS)and its application.As one of the most advanced project management software,this software covers the functions of cost management,plan/schedulemanagement,material management,quality control,file control and completion control.Through the introduction and analysis tothe main functions of MIPS software and the introduction of its primary application conclusion,this paper hopes to provide some helpin project management to relevant enterprises at home and abroad.
