摘　　要：软轴式变速操纵系统具有吸振、降噪操纵舒适,布置灵活,安装方便等优点,已成中重卡变速操纵系统的主要控制形式。软轴是软轴式变速操纵系统中操纵力及行程的传递介质,软轴的性能影响系统的性能。文章以某中重卡软轴式变速操纵系统为研究对象,介绍了软轴的设计步骤及注意事项。With the vibration absorbing flexible shaft transmission control system,noise and comfortable control,flexiblelayout,convenient installation and other advantages,has become the main form of control in the speed control system ofheavy truck.Flexible transfer medium is flexible shaft transmission control system and the control force of the trip shaftperformance affects the performance of the system.This paper takes a heavy truck flexible shaft transmission control systemas the research object,introduces the design steps of the flexible shaft and matters needing a attention.
