摘 要:铆钳弯臂是铆钉铆接成型的主要工装。本文介绍自主研发的铆钳弯臂的计算机辅助设计系统。该系统通过模块化设计,以Visual Basic为开发工具,对Auto CAD进行二次开发,主要功能是根据用户需求实现铆钳弯臂的力学设计计算和校核,同时实现设计绘图的一体化,并成功应用于生产实践中。The rivet pliers is the main equipment of riveting molding,In this paper,the computer aided design system of rivetpliers is introduced,researching and developing by ourselves.With the tool of Visual Basic,Adopted modular design,secondary- developed to software of Auto CAD,the computer aided design system of rivet pliers, which is with friendly interface of user is developed. This system can realize the design and correction and drawing of rivet pliers automatically, that is to realize integration of design and drawing,and applied to production.
