摘  要:本文对神华哈密电厂干式排渣系统的设计、运行及改造情况进行介绍。通过计算灰成分综合指数,得出设计煤种和燃烧煤种的结渣特性偏差较大,是导致干排渣系统故障的主要原因。针对结焦严重、渣性粘软的问题,对哈密电厂干排渣系统设备进行一系列改造。配合煤种的燃烧调整,改造后干排渣系统运行稳定。可见,经过合理配置和选型的干排渣系统完全适用于严重结焦的锅炉。This paper introduces the design, operation and improvement of dry bottom ash handling system in Shenhua Hami power plant. By computing comprehensive index of ash composition, the difference of the slagging characteristics between the designed coal and practical coal is relatively large. It is the main reason of the dry bottom ash handling system breakdown. By improvement of the dry bottom ash handling system and adjustment of the coal fired in Hami power plant, the dry bottom ash handling systems run stably. Therefore, by rational allocation and type selection, dry bottom ash handling system can suit for boilers slagging seriously.
