两种民主价值观内涵及发展趋势解析

摘　　要：在我国当下,同时存在资本主义和社会主义两种民主价值观。前者生长于欧美资本主义文化,其内涵实质是以"私"为核心的个人主义民主价值观。后者直接承接于马克思主义民主观,由于其成长于我国的文化土壤中,其内涵也深受我国古代民主价值观的影响,实质是以"公"为核心的集体主义民主价值观。资本主义民主价值观正在将个人引向精致的利己主义和理直气壮的个人主义,将国家引向碎片化、极端化、民粹化,将人类引向战争;社会主义民主价值观则在努力从各层面将人类社会引向和谐共存。然而,由于欧美资本主义文化在当今世界的强势地位,我国社会主义民主价值观的践行正经受着资本主义民主价值观语境之困和"人民"被泛化之困。In present China, there are two kinds of democracy core values of capitalism and socialism.The former grows in European and American capitalist culture. And its essence is the core values of individualism, which presents the core of privacy. The latter directly undertakes on the view of Marxist democracy. Because of its growth in the Chinese culture soil, its connotation is the influenced by Chinese ancient democratic values. Its essence is the core of collectivism, which presents the core of public.Capitalist democracy core values are leading individual to delicate and righteous individualism, leading country to fragmentation, radicalization and populist, and even leading human beings to war. On the contrary, socialist democracy core values are strenuously leading human society to harmonious coexistence.However, due to the strong position of Europe and America's capitalist culture today, the practice of socialist democracy core values is trapped by capitalist democracy core values.
