隔药饼不同灸量对模型兔血细胞及免疫球蛋白水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察隔药饼不同灸量对免疫抑制兔血细胞和免疫球蛋白水平的影响,探究量效差异可能的机制。方法采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺建立免疫抑制兔模型。实验动物分为空白组、模型组、隔药饼灸3壮组、隔药饼灸5壮组、隔药饼灸7壮组。选用六味地黄汤组方制作药饼,置于神阙、关元等穴,隔日1次,共灸10次。治疗结束后第2日,静脉取血,行血细胞系列、IgG、IgM和补体C3、C4水平的检测。结果与空白组比较,模型组白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞压积(HCT)、血小板计数(PLT)、IgG、IgM、补体C3水平显著降低,淋巴细胞(LYM)、单核细胞(MONO)水平显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,除隔药饼3壮组HCT和IgM水平升高不明显外,各治疗组WBC、NEU、RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT、IgG、IgM和补体C3水平显著升高,LYM、MONO水平显著降低(P<0.01);与隔药饼灸3壮组比较,隔药饼灸5壮组WBC、IgG和补体C3水平显著升高,隔药饼灸7壮组WBC、HGB和补体C3水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论隔药饼灸可有效改善环磷酰胺所致兔免疫功能低下,不同灸量效果有一定差异。Objective To observe the effects of different quantities of cake-separated moxibustion on blood cellsand immunoglobulin in immunosuppressive rabbits;To study the possible mechanism of quantity-effect difference.Methods Immunosuppressive rabbit model was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide.Rabbitswere randomly divided into blank group,model group,cake-separated moxibustion3Zhuang group,5Zhuang group,7Zhuang group.Liuwei Dihuang Decoction was used to make herbal-cake,and was put on Shenque(RN8),Guanyuan(RN4),and other acupoints,once for every other day,10times in total.Venous blood was taken on the nextday after finishing treatment,and the contents of blood cells series and IgG,IgM,complement C3and complement C4were detected.Results Compared with blank group,the levels of WBC,NEU,RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT,IgG,IgM,andcomplement C3of model group significantly decreased,while the levels of LYM and MONO significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the increase of HCT and IgM in the cake-separated moxibustion3Zhuang groupwas not significant,the levels of WBC,NEU,RBC,HGB,HCT,PLT,IgG,IgM,and complement C3in all treatmentgroups significantly increased,and LYM and MONO significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with cake-separatedmoxibustion3Zhuang group,the levels of WBC,IgG,and complement C3of cake-separated moxibustion5Zhuanggroup significantly increased,and the levels of WBC,HGB and complement C3of cake-separated moxibustion7Zhuanggroup significantly increased(P<0.01).Conclusion Cake-separated moxibustion can improve the immune functionunder immunosuppressive state induced by cyclophosphamide,and different quantities have differences in efficacy.
