摘 要:目的建立骨刺消巴布剂质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中当归、红花、川芎、木瓜、乌头碱;采用高效液相色谱法测定马钱子碱含量。色谱条件:Cosnmosil C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μL);流动相:甲醇:1%磷酸(80∶20);检测波长为327 nm;室温;流速为1 m L/min。结果定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显、具有良好的重复性;马钱子碱在0.2~4μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系Y=540 458.43 X-56 494.42(r=0.999 1),平均回收率100.30%,RSD=1.07%。结论该法可以准确地对骨刺消巴布剂进行定性、定量检测,有效地控制该制剂的质量。Objective To establish Gucixiao Cataplasm quality control method.Methods thin layer chromatography(TLC)was used to the identification of angelica,safflower,rhizoma ligustici wallichii,papaya,aconitine.The strychnine was determinate by high performance liquid chromatography.Chromatographic conditions:Cosnmosil C18column(150mm×4.6mm,5μL);Mobile phase:methanol:1%phosphoric acid(80∶20);Detection wavelength of327nm;The room temperature,flow rate of1mL/min.Results The qualitative identification is characterized by thin layer chromatography with good repeatability;Strychnine had good linear relationship with the peak area in0.2~4μg,A=540458.43C-56494.42(r=0.9991).The average recovery is100.30%,RSD=1.07%.Conclusion the method can accurately the spurs Papua elimination agent for qualitative and quantitative detection,effectively control the preparation quality.
