摘  要:换热器是液压系统设计中必不可少的附件,按类型可分为风冷式和水冷式,水冷式又分为蛇行管式、列管式、波纹板式和板式。根据海工船舶液压站设计要求的工作环境,在主甲板以上的设备液压系统多用风冷式换热器,在主甲板以下的设备液压系统多用板式换热器。该文就风冷换热器及板式水冷换热器的设计选用进行简述。The heat exchanger is essential to the design of the hydraulic system of attachment, by type can be divided into air-cooled and water-cooled, water-cooled and snake tube, tube, corrugated plate and plate. According to the design requirements of the working environment of ship marine hydraulic station, in above the main deck equipment hydraulic system with air-cooled heat exchanger, below the main deck equipment hydraulic system in the use of plate heat exchanger. In this paper, the design and selection of air cooled heat exchanger and plate type water cooled heat exchanger are introduced.
