摘　　要：通过介绍消防车应急动力单元变幅动作的工作原理,详细阐述了故障诊断的过程,测试分析了工作故障的异常参数,发现了故障的根本原因。从根源上采取了必要的措施,解决了应急动力变幅动作故障,指导了消防车液压动力系统的比例控制阀的设计选型。By introducing the working principle of variable amplitude motion with emergencypower for fire truck, elaborates the course of troubleshooting , find out the root cause of failure by test and analyse the abnormal parameter of working trouble. The trouble have been solved successfully through necessary measure and which direct the chose of proportion in hydraulic system design of fire truck.
