锡林郭勒盟牧区白灾气象指标及讨论

摘　　要：文章确定了锡林郭勒盟牧区冬季白灾气象指标;通过对近60a白灾发生历史和致灾因子的变化分析,总结了不同时期的白灾指标变化规律,讨论了社会因素对致灾气象因子的影响,结果表明:2005-2014年成灾的气象指标有了明显提高,致灾气象因子主要是冬季降雪量、积雪深度和平均温度;影响白灾气象指标的社会因素是社会防灾减灾能力提高,棚圈建设、饲草储备条件改善,畜牧业生产方式转变等。The winter meteorological index of snow disaster in xilingol league pastoral area were determined in this paper..By60a snow disaster history and the change of the factor analysis,summarizes the different periods of snow plague index change law,and discusses social activities on the influence of the meteorological factors.The results show that meteorological index of the nearly10a plague has increased significantly,and the winter snow,snow depth and average temperature are mainly meteorological factors;The social activities on the influence of the meteorological factors are the social ability of disaster prevention and mitigation,buffaloes construction,improved forage grass reserve conditions,and animal husbandry production mode transformation,etc.
