摘 要:建立测定含有金属铁的钢渣中氧化亚铁含量的氧化还原滴定法。考察了金属铁对氧化亚铁测定结果的影响。分别以三氯化铁、二氯化汞氧化金属铁,运用化学反应方程式和数学公式换算,说明氧化亚铁与金属铁、三价铁、总铁之间的关系,换算出氧化亚铁的含量。该方法测定氧化亚铁的相对标准偏差为0.24%(n=10),氧化亚铁的加标回收率在99.7%~102.1%之间。对于含金属铁的钢渣样品中氧化亚铁的测定,该方法比冶金部标准(YB/T 140–2009)有更好的适用性和较高的准确性。An oxidimetry for determination of ferrous oxide in steel slag containing metal iron was estiblished.It was invested about the effects on the deterination results of ferrous oxide by iron.Iron was oxidized by iron tricholoride and mercuric choloride,respectively,by chemical equation and mathematical conversion,the relations between freeous oxide,metal iron,feeric ion and total iron was described,and ferrous oxide content was got by conversion.The RSDs of this method were0.24%(n=10),and the recoveries of ferrous oxide were99.7%–102.1%.For determination of ferrous oxide slag samples containing metal iron,this method has better applicability and higher accuracy than national standard method YB/T140–2009.
