摘　　要：目的探讨一种新型胃管的设计和应用过程。方法在该新型胃管的下管口及距离下管口约45 cm管体侧壁上的侧孔设置单向活瓣,当作为胃管对胃内进行减压时,下管口的单向活瓣关闭,管体侧壁上侧孔的单向活瓣开放;当作为鼻空肠营养管向肠内输送营养时,下管口的单向活瓣开放,管体侧壁上侧孔的单向活瓣关闭。结果该新型胃管放置简单,使用方便,通过一根胃管替代了传统的两根胃管和鼻空肠营养管,同时实现了对患者进行胃内减压和空肠内输送营养等两种治疗作用,减少了患者的痛苦,有效减压的同时改善了患者的围手术期营养状况,取得了较好的临床效果。结论该新型胃管提高了胃管的适用范围,留置及使用方便,可提高患者的生活质量,促进患者的快速康复,值得提倡。Objective To explore the design and application processes of a new nasogastric tube.Methods Onewayvalves were made at the lower hole and the lateral hole which was 45 centimeters from the lower hole in the new nasogastric tube respectively. When gastrointestinal decompression was needed, the onewayvalves in the lower hole was shut while the onewayvalves in the lateral hole was open; when the enteral nutrition was needed, the onewayvalves in the lower hole was open while the onewayvalves in the lateral hole was shut. Results Using one nasogastric tube instead of the traditional two nasogastric tubes and the nosejejunumnutrition tube, this new nasogastric tube was convenient and effective. It facilitated enteral nutrition and gastrointestinal decompression at the same time,which relieved suffering of patients. While patients were effectively decompressed, their perioperative nutrition status was improved at the same time, thus achieved good clinical effect. Conclusion The new nasogastric tube enlarges the application range for it is convenient to dwell and use. Meanwhile, it improves patients’ life quality and accelerates quick recovery, which is worth to be widely applied.
