摘　　要：基于门诊医卡通系统设计了我院的医保就医流程,主要包括医卡通发卡程序、门诊医生站医保功能模块、医保科审核系统、预交金充值等程序。该医保流程的应用方便了医生对病人用药目录和统筹金额的控制,同时通过建立门诊医保医师与医保科审核的"双审核"机制,减少了不合理费用支出,实现了医院对省市医保病人的有效管理。This article designed the medical treatment process for patients with medical insurance based on outpatient generalpurposecard system, which mainly included card issuing process, medical insurance function module of outpatient doctor workstation, audit system of medical insurance department,prepayment recharge process, etc. The application of this design was convenient for doctor to control the patients’ medicine catalogue and medical expense. At the same time, the doubleauditmechanism was established and such kind of combined auditing by outpatient medical insurance physician and personnel of medical insurance department helped to reduce unreasonable expense and thus made the hospital to efficiently manage the patients with medical insurance within the whole province.
