摘　　要："双创"时代下,地方高校人才培养模式转型是历史赋予地方高校的神圣使命,也是众多学者和各类地方院校持续探索的热点问题。本文从人才培养角度,尝试探讨经济新常态下地方高校转型面临的主要困境,并提出人才培养的体系构建和培养目标。Under the“Innovation and Entrepreneurship”era,the local colleges and universities talents training mode transformation is the historical holy mission of local colleges and universities,but also a hot issue for continuous exploration by many scholars and various local colleges and universities.This paper tries to discuss the main difficulties faced by local colleges and universities for the transformation under the new economic normal,and puts forward the talents training system construction and training objectives.
