摘 要:随着氨的污染越来越受到人们的重视,室内空气污染物氨的检测方法变得越来越重要。但是,氨的国家标准的检测方法耗时长,有药剂的污染,不环保。因此,通过改进实验方法,以优选出一种快速、环保的氨的测定方法非常值得开展研究。在标准实验室中,对比分析了次氯酸钠-水杨酸分光光度法、纳氏试剂分光光度法、离子选择电极法和离子色谱法这4种室内空气中氨的检测方法。通过线性相关性和不确定度的对比分析可知次氯酸钠-水杨酸分光光度法的检出下限低,为0.05 mg/L。如果采样体积是5 L,它的最低检出浓度是0.01 mg/m3,且不确定性评价的结果是0.792±0.132 mg/L,与标准值最接近,实验时间短,准确度高。因此,通过实验改进的次氯酸钠-水杨酸分光光度法是快速测定室内空气中氨含量的较好的实验室常用的检测方法。The ammonia pollution of indoor air has attracted more and more attention so that the detection method of ammonia in indoorair is particularly important.However,the national standard of ammonia detection is time consuming and it always has pharmaceuticaland environmental pollution.Therefore,improving the experimental method to optimize a rapid,environmentally friendly methodof determination of ammonia is worthy of research.Sodium hypochlorite-salicylic acid spectrophotography,Nessler’s reagent spectrophotography,ion selective electrode method and ion chromatography for detecting ammonia content of indoor air had been comparedin the standard laboratory.According to the comparisons of linear correlation and uncertainty analysis,the detection limit of sodiumhypochlorite-salicylic acid spectrophotography was0.05g/mL which was lower,and the minimum detection concentration was0.01mg/m3when the sample volume was5L.The result of the uncertainty evaluation was0.792§0.132mg/L,which was really close to thestandard value and the accuracy was high.And its pretreatment was rapid and environmental.An improved experimental determinationof ammonia in indoor air is sodium hypochlorite-salicylic acid spectrophotography that can be used in the determination of ammoniain indoor air.
