摘 要:风电渗透率较高的弱送端电网,孤网后高频问题突出,若存在大机小网特征,由于紧急控制措施的离散性较大,单纯通过紧急控制,难以找到合适的稳控切机组合来保证电网频率稳定。提出一种辨识大机小网系统中紧急控制措施适应性的识别方法,并将现有紧急控制措施作为既有模型,综合考虑大规模风电接入的影响,并计及不同种类电源的综合控制代价,对预防控制与紧急控制策略进行协调优化。以蒙东兴安地区电网为例,仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。High-frequency problem occurs in weak power supply network with high wind power permeability after the grid isolated.If thereexists large-machine small-grid characteristics,because of the large dispersion of emergency control measures,it is difficult to find a suitablestability control cutting machine combination to ensure the grid frequency stabilization.This paper proposed a kind of identification method todiscern the emergency control measures adaptability in large-machine small-grid system.The existing emergency control measure was acted asthe model with comprehensive consideration large-scale wind power accessing impacts.The integrated control cost for different types of powersupply was calculated to carry out coordination and optimization for the preventive and emergency control strategy.Taking Xing’an regionalpower grid of eastern Inner Mongolia for example,the simulation results confirmed the validity of the proposed method.
