摘　　要：特高压绝缘金属封闭开关设备GIS本体距地面最高达3.6 m,进行检修工作时,存在安全带无处悬挂、低挂高用导致工作人员移动作业时失去保护的问题。研制了一种1000kV GIS专用安全带悬挂装置,给出了该装置示意图,阐述了其创新特点及装置优点。经现场测试与经济效益分析,该安全带悬挂装置有效消除工作中人员高空坠落的安全隐患,提高了工作效率,满足了《电力安全工作规程》要求。The ultra high voltage gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear ontology is apart from the ground up to3.6meters.When the overhaulis conducted,there exists the problems such as safety belt suspended,low-hanging high-using,which leads to the workers losing protectionduring mobile operation.A kind of1000kV gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear dedicated safety belt hanging device was developed and itsschematic diagram given.This paper expounded its characteristics of innovation and device advantages.After onsite testing and economic benefitanalysis,this safety belt hanging device effectively eliminates the workers falling potential safety hazard and raises the working efficiency,meeting the requirements of electric power safety working regulation
