摘 要:基于安全考虑及内置特高频传感器小型化、回波损耗小、灵敏度高的要求,设计了一种带短路针的气体绝缘组合电器(GIS),内置特高频传感器。通过仿真计算研究短路针数量、短路针位置对传感器的影响,结合GIS法兰尺寸确定最优设计。通过仿真及试验研究,对影响传感器的各项性能参数进行了探讨,结果表明:对于110k V GIS短路针数量为4、且短路针距离圆心距离为40mm时,回波损耗和灵敏度达到最优。在实验室对传感器高低温耐受、气密性检测及局部放电检测效果进行了验证,结果表明:本文研制的传感器高低温耐受循环、气密性检测效果好,对GIS内部典型局部放电具有良好的响应特性和较高的检测灵敏度,能够检测到清晰的特高频局部放电波形,且检测信噪比均大于10。Built-in ultra high frequency(UHF)sensor design needs to consider the safety and some other requirements such as miniaturization,low return loss and high sensitivity.Accordingly,this paper designs a new built-in UHF sensor with nipple column for gas-insulated switchgear(GIS).The effects of short-circuit pin number and position on sensor are analyzed though simulations.Combined with flange size of GIS,the optimum design is determined.Through simulations and experiments,the performance parameters affecting the sensor are discussed.The results show that both return loss andsensitivity achieve optimal,when short-circuit pin number for110kV GIS is4and short circuit needle distance from the center of the circle is40mm.In the laboratory,the sensor is verified by high and low temperature resistance test,air tightness test and partial discharge detection.The experimental results show that the developed sensor has good performance in high and low temperature resistance test as well as air tightness test;it has good response characteristic and high detection sensitivity in internal typical partial discharge of GIS.The developed sensor can detect clear discharge UHF waveforms and the detection SNRs are greater than10.
