人民政协政治生态营造的路径分析

摘　　要：人民政协的政治生态,主要是指人民政协履行职能的政治生态。人民政协履职的政治生态是由政协组织、政协委员、政协机关的政治风尚、政治风貌、政治风气构成的政治生态体系。人民政协政治生态建设需要坚持四条原则(坚持共产党领导、坚持人民政协性质定位、坚持大民主大团结、坚持人民民主),突出三个重点(政协组织生态、政协委员生态、政协机关生态),抓住五个环节(组织建设、制度建设、文化建设、作风建设、机关建设)。The political ecosystem of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference(CPPCC)mainly refers to theone of the CPPCC’s discharge of its own duty,which is a political ecological system consisting of the organization of the CPPCC,the commissary of the CPPCC,the politically prevailing custom,political status and political ethos of the organ of theCPPCC.The construction of the political ecosystem of the CPPCC needs to insist four principles(i.e.adhering to the leadership of the CPC,to the CPPSS’s nature orientation,to the wide democratization and solidarity,and to people’s democracy),highlight three key points(i.e.the ecosystem of the organization of the CPPCC,the one of the commissary of the CPPCC,and the one of the organ of the CPPCC)and focus on five processes(i.e.organizational construction,institutional construction,cultural construction,the construction of work style and organ construction).
