摘　　要：马克思资本理论中国化是马克思主义中国化的重要内容之一,在实践层面,国有资本、民间资本、外来资本以及不同形式的混合资本已经在经济领域中占据了主导地位,在理论层面,马克思资本理论中国化明显滞后,理论的指导作用大打折扣。造成这种状况的根本原因之一是:受到各种因素的影响,人们对马克思资本理论存在诸多误解,甚至有的人持有《资本论》过时论的观点而否定其当代意义,在它与中国特色社会主义道路之间关系的问题上,也是模糊不清。这就要求我们坚持马克思资本理论的基本观点,结合中国特色社会主义实践,积极推进马克思资本理论的中国化,实现理论与实践的统一,有力地回应各种质疑,把道路自信奠基于科学的理论基础之上。The sinicization of Karl Marx’s theory of capital is one of the core contents of the sinicization of Marxism.Atthe practical level,the state-owned capital,private capital,external capital and different types of mixed capital,have al?ready occupied the leading position in the economic field;while at the theoretical level,the sinicization of Marx’s theory ofcapital lags far behind apparently,resulting in the effect of the guiding function of theory is very poor.One of the primaryreasons causing such a situation is that:influenced by various factors,people misunderstand Marx’s theory of capital inmany aspects,in which some people even hold the view of the obsolete idea about Das Kapital and the denial of the contemporary significance of this theory,as well as the ambiguous view of the problem of the relationship between Marx’s theory ofcapital and the socialist road with Chinese characteristics.It demands us to insist the basic viewpoints of Marx’s theory ofcapital,promote the sinicization of Marx’s theory of capital actively with the combination of the practice of socialism withChinese characteristics,realize the unity of the theory and the practice and respond all kinds of queries effectively,in orderto lay a foundation for the self-trust in the path based on the scientific theory.
