摘 要:通过分析三相VIENNA整流器的工作原理,提出了基于载波移相的控制策略,并将直流母线电压偏差引入电流参考,通过调节电流参考的直流偏移实现中性点电压平衡。最后,在Matlab中搭建了VIENNA整流器的仿真模型,进行仿真分析,并设计了一台6 k W的试验样机。仿真和实验结果表明了该控制策略的正确性,稳态时网侧功率因数能达到0.99,THD为3.78%,满足了THD<5%的要求。By analyzing the working principle of a three-phase VIENNA rectifier,the control strategy based oncarrier phase shifted was proposed.The problem of DC-link voltage balance was resolved by introducing the busvoltage error to the current reference to regulate the offset of the reference.Finally,VIENNA rectifier simulationmodel was built in Matlab,and the design of6kW experimental prototype was completed.Simulation andexperimental results show that the control strategy is correct.The total harmonic distortion is3.78%;the power factoris0.99under stable condition,and the THD is lower than5%.
