摘  要:采用新型功率开关器件SiC金属氧化物半导体场效应晶体管(MOSFET),利用多器件并联和多逆变桥并联的扩容方式完成了800 kHz/150 kW高频大功率感应加热电源的系统研制。设计了易实现且实用性较强的SiC MOSFET驱动电路,提出带延时补偿调整的锁相控制策略,并对直流过流检测保护电路和失锁检测保护电路进行了设计。试验结果表明了所设计的感应加热电源能够实现安全可靠运行。An800kHz/150kW induction heating power supply was developed which adoptd SiC Metallicoxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor(MOSFET)as the new power switch device with the mode of multi-device inparallel connection and multi-bridge inverterin parallel connection.The designed drive circuit was practical and easyto implement.And a phase locked loop with the adjustment of time delay compensation was adopted.The over DCcurrent protection circuit and the loss of lock detection and protection circuit were designed.The experimental resultsshow that the designed power supply can achieve safe and reliable operation.
