借他山之石,促公安科技发展——赴美培训、考察的启示

摘　　要：美国警务科技具有积极运用最新技术、充分利用多种资源、高度重视实战效果等特点,对我国公安科技的发展有一定的启发意义。当前,我国公安科技应进一步强化互联网警务和大数据警务两大战略,完善技术、管理和应用三层体系,规范科技建设、科技应用和科技培训三项工作,探索资源整合、开放协作两条路径,拓展基层参与和民警创新两个领域,从而实现整体水平在"十三五"期间有新的提升。American police science and technology is characterized by profound utilization of latest technology, full use of various resources and great importance attached to the actual effect, which has much enlightenment on overall upgrading of China’s police science and technology. Currently the science and technology of Chinese public security organs should further strengthen two major strategies, namely internet policing and big data policing. Efforts should also be made to improve the systems of technology,management and application, standardize the construction, application and training of science and technology,explore the paths of resource integration and open collaboration, and expand the participation and innovation of police so as to lift the overall level of police science and technology during the period of 13th Five -Year Plan.
