复方柴芪散对断奶獭兔生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：【目的】研究复方柴芪散对断奶獭兔的保健及促生长效果。【方法】选取36只1 000 g左右的55日龄獭兔幼兔,分2组分别饲喂基础日粮、含1%复方柴芪散的基础日粮,试验期30 d。观察复方柴芪散对獭兔腹泻率、生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫指标的影响。【结果】试验组腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),16~30 d试验组ADG显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且F/G显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验第15天试验组血清GLU、脾脏指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验第30天试验组血清TP及ALB显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血液淋巴细胞数显著高于对照组(P=0.05)。【结论】基础日粮添加1%复方柴芪散能降低断奶獭兔腹泻率,提高其生长性能,保护肝脏并提高机体免疫能力。【Objective】This experiment was conducted to study the effects of Compound Chaiqi San onweaned Rex rabbits'health and growth promoting.【Methods】36weaned Rex rabbits of55days agearound1000g were randomly divided into2groups(3repeats per group,each repeat contains6rabbits),fed with basal diet,basal diet containing1%of Compound Chaiqi San,respectively.Then,we observedthe effect of Compound Chaiqi San on weaned Rex rabbits'growth performance,diarrhea rate,serumbiochemical indices and immune indexes during55to90days age.【Results】The diarrhea rate of testgroup was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).During the experiment periodfrom16to30d,the ADG of test group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the F/G of test group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);In the15thday of the experiment,serum GLU and spleen index of test group were significantly higher than that ofthe control group P<0.05);In the last day of the experiment,serum TP and ALB of test group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the number of blood lymphocytes intest group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.05).【Conclusion】The basal dietsupplemented with1%Compound Chaiqi San could reduce the diarrhea rate of weaned Rex rabbits,improve their growth performance and immune capacity,and protect their liver function.
