摘　　要：随着电视会议在电力企业生产管理中的广泛应用,如何提高电视会议系统的保障能力和管理水平是当前运维人员面临的重要任务。通过分析电视会议及其系统构成的特点、依据国家电网公司对一体化会议电视系统应用评价指标要求及运维管理工作实际,提出一套电视会议系统多指标评价标准体系。本文以国网威海供电公司行政电视会议系统为例,从日常工作、系统运行、会议保障、规范管理四个方面介绍了电视会议系统多指标评价标准值的设定及计算,以期提高电视会议系统的运行管理水平。Along with the video conference is widely used in electric power enterprise production management,how to improve the support capability of video conference system and the management level is an importanttask facing the current operations staff.Through the analysis of the characteristics of video conference and itssystem structure,integration of conference video system application according to the state grid corporationevaluation indexes and operational management practice are required to submit a video conferencing systemmulti-index evaluation standard system.Administrative video conference system based on its State Grid WeiHaipower supply company as an example,from the daily work,system operation,the guarantee of the meeting,standardize management four aspects,this paper introduces the video conference system setting and calculationof multi-index evaluation standard,in order to improve the operation and management of video conferencesystem.
