摘　　要：笔迹专家知识库是笔迹样本提取专家系统中非常重要的一个模块,是整套系统能否正常工作的基础,它由汉字、读音、结构、构件、笔画、笔形等知识组成,涉及的信息量比较庞大,需要通过计算机自动采集和人工审核相结合的方法来进行构建,构建过程需解决"如何获取HTML文档"以及"如何解析HTML文档"等两个技术难题。本文在分析笔迹专家知识库在汉字库、特征库、关系库方面构成情况的基础上,设计出相应的数据库模型及数据库表结构,并深入探讨如何运用计算机进行知识库内容自动构建以及笔迹专家应如何进行知识库的最后审核。The handwriting expert knowledge base is a very important part of Expert System of HandwritingSample Collection.It consists of Chinese characters,pronunciation,structure,strokes and shapes of strokes.It needs to be constructed by means of computer automatic collection and manual audit because of the hugeamount of information involved in the knowledge base."How to get the HTML document"and"How to parsethe HTML document"are the two major issues that need to be addressed In the process of building.Based on thecomposition analysis of Chinese characters library,feature library and relational database in the handwritingexpert knowledge base,the corresponding database model and database table structure are designed.Finally,thispaper deeply probes into how to use the computer to build the knowledge base automatically and how to makethe final audit of the knowledge base by human expert.
