摘  要:结垢问题长久存在于电力、化工、石油等领域,将超声波应用在除垢上具有十分显著的优势。为研究不同管道内结垢和超声波除垢情况,本文采用实验方法,针对三种不同形状(圆管、波纹管和横纹管)管道进行结垢和超声波除垢研究。结果表明,波纹管内结垢量较其它两根管较少,而横纹管的超声波除垢效率最高。由此,可为工程实际中特殊管道的除垢及传统圆管可否进行管型改进提供一定的理论依据。The problem of fouling long exists in electric power plant, chemical, oil and other fields, and to apply ultrasonic on descaling plays a very significant advantage. In order to study scaling and descaling under different pipeline, the article adopts the method of experiment, aiming at researching scaling and ultrasonic descaling of three different shapes of pipeline, which includes pipe, bellows and transversely-ridged tube. The experimental results show that scaling quantity of bellows is less than the other two pipelines, and ultrasonic descaling efficiency of transversely-ridged tube is highest. Therefore, the results provide a certain theoretical basis in two aspects: researching the descaling of special pipeline in projects and improving the traditional round shapes of pipeline.
