摘　　要：本文对某燃机电厂余热锅炉蒸发器出现腐蚀的案例进行了分析研究,对炉内加药方案进行了优化,采用"平衡磷酸盐+氢氧化钠"联合处理,即"EPT-CT"炉水处理方案,从根源上解决了汽水系统腐蚀、指标合格率低等问题,在实际运行中获得了良好的效果。In this paper,it has taken analysis and study of the case that the heat recovery boiler evaporator of one gas turbine power plant and taken optimization of the in-furnace dosing scheme,besides,it has adopted the joint processing of‘equilibrium phosphate treatment+odium hydroxide treatment’,namely,‘EPT-CT’boiler water treatment scheme,which has solved the problems of steam-water system corrosion and low index qualification rate and a good effect has been got in the practical operation.
