摘　　要：地质工作的外延和内涵已经随着时代变迁和社会经济发展发生变化,地质文化面临着新时期价值观念的挑战和冲击。在新形势、新常态下,地质文化需要不断创新和发展。即通过在精神上传承、内涵上创新,在队伍建设上传承、教育方式上创新,在文化繁荣上传承、打造精品上创新,在文化特性上传承、形式载体上创新,不断加强地质文化建设,为地质事业的发展注入源源不断的活力。The connotation and extension of geological work has changed with the times and the social and economic development.The geological culture is faced with the challenge and impact of the new values. Under the new situation and the new normal, the geological culture need to innovate and develop constantly. To inject continuous vitality for geological undertakings, we should innovate the connotation, education approach, superior products, the form and carrier of culture, while inheriting the spirit, team building, cultural prosperity and cultural identity.
