摘　　要：目的证实wi Fi是否对新西兰大白兔精液产生影响。方法将45只健康成年的雄性新西兰大白兔随机分为对照组,每天6 h辐射组及每天12 h辐射组,每组15只。对照组:在无Wi Fi环境中饲养90d;每天6h及12h辐射组模拟在Wi-Fi(频段2.4GHz)长时间辐射下(每天辐射6及12 h以上,持续90 d),分别于试验后1月及3月,检测精液质量、性激素及SOD、MDA等。结果每天辐射12 h组精子畸形率及精液活力与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续长时间,近距离的接触常规剂量的Wi Fi辐射,可对新西兰大白兔的精液质量产生不良影响,主要表现为精子活动力差及精子畸形率高。Objective To determine whether WiFi can affect the semen of New Zealand white rabbits.Methods45healthy male New Zealandwhite rabbits were randomly divided into control group,radiation group of6hours per day and radiation group of12hours per day,with each groupof15mice in each group.Control group:without WiFi environment for90days;6hours a day and12hours of radiation group(band2.4GHz)Wi-Fisimulation in long time radiation(radiation and6every12hours,for90days),respectively in January and March after the test,the detection of semenquality,sex hormone and SOD,MDA etc.Results Compared with the control group,there was a significant difference in sperm deformity rateand sperm viability between12hours of radiation group(P<0.05).Conclusion For a long period of time,close contact with conventional dose ofWiFi radiation may have an adverse effect on the semen quality of New Zealand white rabbits.
