摘 要:针对传统视频增强算法中整体过度增强而忽略局部特征增强的缺陷,提出了一种有效的基于快速光照分割及分区映射的视频增强算法。首先从视频图像中提取运动目标和分离静态背景,通过快速分割方法将视频图像背景分成高光区、中等亮度区及暗光区,然后利用分区映射对不同亮度区分别进行增强。为了加强观察者对动态目标区域的视觉感知,基于区域亮度平均方法对运动区域作了进一步增强,以解决动态目标与增强背景不协调等现象。算法能够获得比传统视频增强技术更好的感知和亮度保持效果,可以直接运用到实时视频处理应用中。In order to overcome the limitations well like the overall excessive enhancement and ignore local features defect in traditional video enhancement algorithms,an efficient video enhancement method is proposed based on fast illumination segmentation and region mapping.The proposed method firstly is to extract background scene and moving objects region,and then the background scene is segmented into three parts:high illumination,middle illumination area and low illumination area which are enhanced using region mapping strategy.In order to enhance perceptual quality of the moving objects region,moving objects region illumination average method is used for moving region enhancement further.Experimental results show that our method can obtain more appealing perceptual quality than the stateof-the-art algorithms.The proposed method also shows the effectiveness and robustness.
