摘　　要：基础设施建设水平衡量一个国家综合实力,项目的投融资与风险控制对于基础设施建设发展具有重大意义。本文阐述了基础设施项目投融资面临的风险类型,建立了测度基础设施项目投融资风险的资产定价模型和失败故障树,得出我国目前基础设施投融资方式和风险控制方面存在的问题,进而提出改进投融资方式及风险控制的建议,旨在改善我国基础设施建设投融资环境、树立根据风险量化分析选择投融资模式的理念。The level of Infrastructure construction can measure the overall strength of a country,the investment and financing of a project and risk control is great significant for the development of infrastructure construction.Firstly this paper elaborats the types of risk of investment and financing.Secondly it sets up the asset pricing model and failure fault tree to measure the risk of investment and financing.Thirdly it draws out the existing problems which exists in the investment and financing of infrastructure and risk control and then it put forward the proposals of improving investment and financing methods and risk control.Finally the paper hope to improve the environment of Chinese infrastructure investment and financing environment and establish the concept of analysis risk by using investment and financing model.
