摘　　要：目的对微创手术治疗手部屈肌腱损伤患者的临床效果进行分析。方法 50例手部屈肌腱损伤患者,经简单随机分组方式将患者分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组患者给予传统手术治疗,观察组患者开展微创手术治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及术后发生粘连率。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为96.0%,对照组患者为88.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者无一例发生术后粘连,对照组患者发生4例术后粘连,发生率为16.0%,观察组患者术后发生粘连率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗手部屈肌腱损伤患者的临床效果显著,值得在今后临床研究中广泛应用。Objective To analyze clinical effect by minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of hand flexor tendon injury patients. Methods A total of 50 patients with hand flexor tendon injury were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received traditional surgery for treatment, and the observation group received minimally invasive surgery for treatment.Comparison was made on clinical effect and incidence of postoperative adhesion between the two groups.Results The observation group had total clinical effective rate as 96.0%, which was 88.0% in the control group, and their difference had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The observation group had no case with postoperative adhesion, while there were 4 cases with postoperative adhesion in the control group, along with incidence of postoperative adhesion as 16.0%. The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative adhesion than the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery provides excellent clinical effect in treating hand flexor tendon injury, and it is worth widely application in further clinical research.
