The shallow geothermal, geothermal energy (hereinafter referred to as the "Two Geothermal") is a new type of renewable energy, which is abundant, clean, local energy, etc., its development and utilization plays an important role in improving air quality and implementation of the green development concept. The utilization of “two geothermal” in Beijing-Taijin-Hebei Economic Zones is the most developed and largest in China. Especially, the experience of Beijing greatly promotes the development of shallow geothermal in China. It is worth to think about that how to make “two geothermal” be greater contribution for the ecological civilization construction of Beijing-Taijin-Hebei Economic Zones. Basing on years’ experience and study of Beijing Geology Prospecting &Developing Bureau in the shallow geothermal, we advocated that it must be further implemented “Five Concepts”for development, combining with development and innovation for efficient use of “Two Geothermal” in Beijing-Taijin-Hebei Economic Zones.
