摘　　要：南京工程学院电气工程领域在专业学位研究生培养过程中与电力企业开展多元协同,通过加强协同创新优化培养途径,通过加强校企合作丰富培养载体,通过加强学科协同改革培养方法,着力提高专业学位研究生的培养质量,取得显著成效。This paper introduces how Electrical Engineering specialty of Nanjing Institute of Technology undertakes multi-cooperation with power enterprises during the cultivation process of professional degree graduates.By strengthening the multi-cooperative and innovative cultivation methods,as well as the various school-enterprise cultivation carriers and multi-cooperation between the disciplines and the reform,it focuses on improving the quality of professional degree graduate cultivation and has achieved remarkable results.
