摘 要:以野生胡萝卜品种松滋野生(Ws)和欧洲橘色栽培品种Amsterdam(Af)为亲本构建的223个回交渐渗系为试材,深入分析Ws染色体片段在回交渐渗系后代中的遗传表现。通过两年对12个农艺性状的调查,结果表明,叶片质量、根质量、根肩宽、根中宽、根尖宽、绿肩、干物质含量、单株质量、叶片质量/根质量、根中宽/根长在两年间呈极显著差异,2014年和2015年前4个主成分累积贡献率分别达到80.36%和83.28%。相关性分析结果表明,根质量和单株质量均与其他性状呈极显著或显著相关;而干物质含量除了与叶片质量/根质量呈极显著正相关外,与根质量、根肩宽、根中宽、根尖宽、单株质量、根中宽/根长均呈极显著或显著负相关。基因型分析与聚类结果表明Ws染色体被随机导入了Af中。Taking223backcrossing introgression line(s BILs)developed from crossing wild species‘Songzi’(Ws)and European orange cultivar‘Amsterdam’(Af)as experimental material,this paper analyzed thoroughly the genetic expression of Ws chromosome fragments in progeny.Through2years investigation on12agronomic characteristics,we got the results showing that there were significant differences in leaf weight,root weight,root shoulder width,root middle width,root tip width,green shoulder,dry matter content,singleplant weight,leaf weight/root weight,and root middle width/root length during these2years,and the top4principal components could reach80.36%and83.28%,respectively.Correlation analysis showed that there wereextremely significant or significant correlation between root weight,single plant weight with the other traits,while there were extremely significant or significant negative correlation between dry matter content with root weight,root shoulder width,root middle width,root tip width,single plant weight,and root middle width/root length,and there were extremely significant positive correlation between dry matter content with leaf weight/root weight.The genotyping and cluster analysis indicated that Ws chromosome fragments were randomly introgressed into Af.
