摘 要:以番茄品种粉冠1号为试材,采用盆栽方法研究了不同茬口栽培基质水浸液对番茄幼苗形态指标和叶片质膜透性、渗透调节物质及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:连茬基质水浸液处理28d后番茄幼苗的株高、叶长和叶宽均显著低于其他处理;随着处理时间的延长,3种茬口栽培基质水浸液处理的番茄幼苗叶片Pr含量及SOD、POD、PPO活性均呈先下降后升高的趋势,MDA、Pro含量及EL、CAT活性均表现为先升高后降低的趋势。综合隶属函数值分析表明,番茄连茬基质水浸液对其幼苗的化感抑制作用最强,迎茬次之;且连茬和迎茬基质水浸液的化感作用均随处理时间的延长而加重。Taking tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.)cultivar‘Fenguan No.1’as experimental material,this paper studied on the allelopathic effects of different substrate aqueous infusion on tomato seedling morphological index,leaf membrane permeability,osmotic adjustment substances,and autioxidant enzyme activities by pot cultivation method.The result showed that after treating tomato seedlings with continuous cropping substrate aqueous infusion for28days,the plant height,leave length and width were significantly lower and shorter than that of the other treatments.When the plant was treated with substrate aqueous infusion for3stubbles,the leave Pr contents and activities of SOD,POD and PPO of tomato seedlings showed a tendency of dropping first then rising,while the contents of MDA and Pro,and activities of EL and CAT showed a tendency of rising first then dropping.The analysis of comprehensive subordinative function value indicated that the aqueous infusion of continuous cropping media had the strongest allelopathic effect on tomato seedling,followed by alternate cropping.The allelopathy of substrate aqueous infusion in continuous cropping and alternate cropping would be strengthened along with the prolongation of time.
