摘 要:为研究怀洪新河水域浮游植物的群落结构及其与水环境因子的关系,分别于丰水期(2014年6月)和枯水期(2014年12月)在怀洪新河进行采样分析,并对调查区域内的浮游植物及主要环境因子进行了主成分分析(PCA)和典范对应分析(CCA)。结果表明,共发现浮游植物7门45属83种,种类绿藻门最多。怀洪新河水域各采样点浮游植物细胞密度平均为1.96×106 ind.·L^(-1),生物量平均为1.71 mg·L^(-1)。利用生物学指标对湖泊进行营养状况评价,怀洪新河属于中营养型湖泊。PCA分析表明,TN和NH3-N是影响水体富营养化的主要因素;典范对应分析表明,Chl-a、NH3-N、T、TN、DO、水深和浊度是影响浮游植物群落结构的主要驱动因子。In order to investigate the relationship between phytoplankton community structure and aquatic environmentalfactors in the Huaihong River.The water samples were collected and analyzed in wet season(June2014)and dry season(December2014).The principal component analysis(PCA)and canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)methods were used toassess the relation between phytoplankton community structure and aquatic environmental factors.The biological index methodwas used to evaluate the nutritional status.In the Huaihong River,7phyla,45genera and83species of phytoplankton weretotally found in this investigation,in which the Chlorophyta was the most abundant species.Furthermore,the average celldensity of phytoplankton in each sampling site was1.96x106ind.·L-1;the average biomass was1.71mg·L-1.The nutritionalstatus assessment result showed that the Huaihong River was identified as a nutritional river.The PCA analysis suggested thatthe total nitrogen(TN),and ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)were the main factors which caused water eutrophication.CCA analysissuggested that chlorophyll-a,NH3-N,T,TN,DO,water depth and turbidity were the major driving factors which affectedphytoplankton community structure.
