氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛对下肢骨折患者术后舒芬太尼自控镇痛用量影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛对下肢骨折患者术后舒芬太尼自控镇痛用量的影响。方法选取下肢骨折手术患者82例,随机平均分为观察组和对照组,两组术后均使用舒芬太尼自控镇痛,但仅观察组于术前15 min使用氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛,观察两组患者术后的VAS评分、Ramsay镇静评分、舒芬太尼消耗量、PCIA泵按压次数及不良反应的发生情况。结果两组患者VAS评分、Ramsay镇静评分差异无统计学意义;观察组舒芬太尼的消耗量[6 h(:25.84±5.16)μg;24 h(:49.63±6.11)μg]、PCIA的按压次数(5.83±2.48)次较对照组少,不良反应发生率(9.8%)较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用氟比洛芬酯超前镇痛能减少术后自控镇痛使用的舒芬太尼消耗量,且不影响镇痛效果,并能够减少不良反应发生,具有较好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the effect of preemptive analgesia of flurbiprofen axetil on dosage of sufentanil for postoperative analgesia on lower limb fracture patients. Methods 82 cases of fracture of lower limb surgery patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Two groups used sufentanil analgesia after operation, but in the observation group the patients were given 15 min preoperative flurbiprofen preemptive analgesia.Observed postoperative VAS score, Ramsay sedation score, sufentanil consumption, occurrence PCIA pump pressing times and adverse reaction conditions of two groups. Results VAS score and Ramsay sedation score in two groups had no difference,which was not statistically significant. The consumption of sufentanil group [6 h: (25.84±5.16)μg; 24 h: (49.63±6.11)μg], press times of PCIA (5.83±2.48) were less than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions (9.8%) compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Flurbiprofen axetil injection can reduce the use of postoperative analgesia of sufentanil consumption,and does not affect the analgesic effect, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which has good clinical effect.
