摘  要:采用机械球磨法制备出了平均粒径为188.9nm的三氨基硝酸胍(TAGN)炸药,利用SEM、XRD和XPS分析了纳米TAGN的微观形貌、粒度分布、晶体结构和表面元素。结果表明,球磨后TAGN的形貌呈条状,粒度呈现正态分布,XRD图谱与球磨前的XRD图谱一致,并且XPS图谱中只有C、N和O 3种元素,说明球磨过程中没有杂质引入。利用DSC-IR分析对纳米TAGN的热分解过程和产物进行了详细分析,证实其热分解过程分为低温和高温两个阶段。低温分解峰为225.7℃,主要产物为大量NH3及少量的N_2O和CO_2;高温分解峰为263.9℃,主要分解产物为大量的N_2O和CO_2以及很少量的NH_3。Triaminoguanidine nitrate (TAGN) nanoparticles with mean size of 188.9nm were prepared by mechanical milling method. The micro morphology, particle size distribution, crystal structure and surface element of nano TAGN were analyzed by SEM, XRD and XPS. The results show that the morphology of TAGN was exhibited as strips and the particle size showed a normal distribution after milling. The XRD spectrum of nano TAGN shares the same situation with the one before milling. There are only three elements(C,N and O) in the results of XPS analysis, which proves that there is no impurities mixed into the process of preparation. Thermal decomposition process and decomposition products of nano TAGN were analyzed in detail by DSC-IR analysis. The thermal decomposition process includes two stages, the first one is a low temperature stage which occured a decomposition peak at 225.7℃, and whose main decomposition products included not only a large number of NH3 but a small amount of both N2O and CO2. The second one is a high temperature stage which occured a decomposition peak at 263.9℃,and the main decomposition products of whom were a large number of N2O and CO2, in addition, a small amount of NH3 were also discovered.
