摘　　要：认为随着信息通信技术(ICT)的融合发展,M-ICT应用的架构、功能和服务形态都发生了重大变化,呈现出了智能化、去中心化、泛在化等主要特征。详细阐述了在人工智能、区块链和物联网等方面M-ICT应用的研究进展,展望了其发展趋势,并指出了当前需要解决的关键技术问题。With the fusion of information and communication technologies (ICT), the architecture, function and service mode of M-ICT applications have been changed,and intelligence, decentralized and ubiquitous are presented as the main features of M-ICT applications in this paper. Moreover, the M-ICT applications and development trend for artificial intelligence, block chain and Internet of things (IoT) are introduced,and the key technical problems are pointed out.
