摘　　要：目的:观察早期行侧旋复位法治疗闭合性距骨脱位的临床疗效。方法:采用侧旋复位法治疗5例闭合性距骨脱位患者,观察临床疗效。结果:5例患者均获随访,时间6个月至1年,平均时间8个月。其中优3例,可1例,差1例。随访期间未发现距骨坏死。结论:早期行侧旋复位法治疗闭合性距骨脱位,操作简单,创伤较小,可有效预防距骨缺血坏死的发生,预后良好。Objective:To observe the effects of sidespin reduction in treating closed talus dislocation at the early stage.Methods:Five patients with closed talus dislocation were treated by sidespin reduction,and the clinical effects were observed.Results:All these five patients were followed-up from six months to one year,the average time was eight months.Three excellent case,one moderate case,one bad case.Talus necrosis wasn忆t found by the end of follow-up.Conclusion:Sidespin reduction in treating closed talus dislocation at the early stage has advantages of simple operation,less wound,which can prevent talus necrosis onset,and has favorable prognosis.
