益神颗粒治疗心脾两虚型白细胞减少症54例

摘　　要：目的:观察益神颗粒治疗心脾两虚型白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:将106例患者随机分为观察组54例与对照组52例。观察组予益神颗粒,3次/d,1袋/次,口服;对照组予鲨肝醇片,3次/d,40 mg/次,口服。2组疗程均为2个月。观察2组临床疗效及中医证候积分和白细胞计数的变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为83.33%,对照组为80.77%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。白细胞计数2组治疗后均有升高(P<0.05),白细胞计数改善情况2组相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医证候积分2组治疗后均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组下降较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:益神颗粒治疗心脾两虚型白细胞减少症临床疗效显著。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Yishen granules in treating leukopenia of heart and spleen deficiency pattern.Methods:All106patinets were randomly divided into the observation group(54cases)and the control group(52cases).The observation group was given Yishen granules,three times one day,one bag once,oral administration;the control group was given batilol tablets,three times one day,40mg per time,oral administration.The course of two groups were two months.The changes of clinical effects,TCM symtoms scores and WBC were observed in two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was83.33%,and that of the control group was80.77%,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)between two groups.WBC in two groups increased after treatment in two groups(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference in WBC improvement between two groups(P>0.05).TCMsymtoms scores decreased obviously in two groups(P<0.05),the observation group decreased more obviously than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen granules have significant clinical effect of treating leukopenia of heart and spleen deficiency pattern.
